Comfort Inn - Pickering

I was nearly convinced to leave a positive review, but the chaos from kids screaming in the halls at night ruined it. The pillows are practically sofa cushions, not what i call luxury. I expected a microwave in my room for my leftovers. How hard would that have been to provide?

Early check-in, late check-out.

Staff at breakfast were warm and accomdating.Food was good.

i booked a queen bed room and on check in we got 2 double beds.That was dissappointing to us.

Consider requesting a room away from the common areas to avoid noise, especially during breakfast hours.

Affable, best staff towards all guests. Functional and updated room provided with the other things and the front desk about whether and 2 double beds.

We spent a very good time here, recommend to anyone. Everything was lovely here - very efficient staff and brand-new rooms. Booked a room with 2 beds. The breakfast had a huge variety of good food and drinks;)))

the included breakfast option offered a variety of foods, appreciated. there were strong odors in the hallways, made it uncomfortable.

We were quite pleased with the check-in/out process, complimentary breakfast and excercise room.

The gal who served the breakfast was so pleasant and understanding. One of the desk ladies was very rude and accusing my daughter and I of lying. I already discussed this with the manager.

It was a hip new hotel that covered all our needs. The staff was willing to help and some of them were efficient. Comforts of double room with 2 beds were fabulous. The provided service was exceptional.

The front desk staff were accommodating and allowed us to check in early without any hassle, made the arrival much smoother after a long drive.

The room was quite dimly lit and gave off a slight musty smell, making the overall atmosphere less inviting than expected.

The price and proximity to the arena's. The free breakfast.

It was easy to access from the highway. Continental breakfast was satisfactory.

We had reserved a room with two double beds but when we checked in we were told there weren't any available. We were given a room with one double bed and a pull out single bed.
